About Heart For Missions: Wilson
Heart for Missions is a small group designed to support and care for the missionaries sponsored through The Church On The Way.
Our goal is to understand the role of our missionaries and support them through prayer, correspondence, remembrances and occasional fund raising.
Through our meetings we hope to build a better understanding of what it means to be a missionary, demystify the work of missionaries and define the various ways that missionaries serve. We will also define our role as a church and as individuals in fulfilling The Great Commission.
Each month we will gather to pray over our missionaries, be updated on how they are doing, and dream up ways that we as a church can support them.
If you are unable to meet in person, do not let that stop you from joining this group. Sign up and you will receive the Monthly Missionary Prayer Report so you may keep up, be informed and learn more about our missionaries. If you have a Heart for Missions, join us.
